JUST WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?

This ticket will grant to its bearer admission to a sonic speakeasy, featuring a previewed, prereleased, and preordered series of psychedelic events, curated in thanks to the people of Lafayette. In addition to entrance, the bearer of this ticket is entitled to one (1) compact disc copy of the brand new Brass Bed album The Secret Will Keep You, available for pick up at the aforementioned concert along with a myriad of fun surprises and sussies. The location of this event will be the illustriously illuminated and star-studded Theater 810 on Jefferson St. in Downtown Lafayette, LA (NEXT DOOR TO CARPE DIEM).

Please arrive having eaten and in possession of your own good spirits (both psychological and alcoholical) between the hours of 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM CST on the evening of Friday April 12, 2013. The show will begin promptly at 8! Only 80 of these tickets are available so hurry on up!

How this E-Ticket Works:
After you have purchased your e-ticket via your telephonic computational device, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Your name will be added to a guest list which will be held at the door of the Theater. Upon arrival, kindly give your name and a photo ID to the ticket agent at the door to verify your identity and gain admittance.

Should you purchase more than one ticket, the quantity of your purchase will be noted on the guest list allowing you to admit as many people with you as you have tickets to represent.

We’re incredible excited to announce the release of A Bullet For You, a 7” featuring three new songs - out September 18th, 2012 on Crossbill Records.

The A side is, ”A Bullet For You”, a slow burning reverb-heavy missive that’s a sneak preview to our next album. “Bullet” is backed by a pair of b-sides, “Every Time You Make Me” and “Please Don’t Go”. The first is a brand new song we wrote and recorded in June and the latter is a remake of another track from our upcoming album that we’ve gone ahead and given the subtitle of [Jim Dickenson’s Fever Dream].

This new 7” will hopefully settle the appetite four next album, The Secret Will Keep You, that we promise will be rotating on your turntables in early 2013. Until then, hopefully we’ll see you on tour!

After being asked to perform for a Harry Nilsson tribute night, we and our long standing art director/collaborator Allison Bohl, decided to record our take on a fewHarry Nilsson’s classics: ”One,” “He Needs Me,” “He’s Large” and “Don’t Forget Me.” The resulting EP, On Nilsson, came out last month on Crossbill Records… pick it up on iTunes or directly from us on with a limited edition handscreen print of the album art here.
